Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Scheduling: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive 90-day ramp-up plan, ensuring franchisees have a clear roadmap to success.
- Vendor Orientation: Introduce franchisees to our network of trusted vendors and support partners, facilitating seamless collaborations to enhance their business operations.
- Task Management: Keep franchisees on track as they launch their own businesses, offering guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Share your expertise and impart best practices within our proven business model, empowering franchisees to thrive.
- Event Coordination: Organize engaging in-person training sessions, creating valuable opportunities for franchisees to learn, connect, and grow.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective lines of communication with our operations team, fostering a collaborative and synergistic work environment.
