• Recruitment Excellence: Source and recruit top-tier candidates across various platforms to fill open positions, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Streamlined Onboarding: Guide new hires through the onboarding process with efficiency and care, from generating DocuSign offers to setting up Amazon Logistics accounts.
• Meticulous Auditing: Maintain meticulous records and conduct daily audits to ensure smooth onboarding, including monitoring driver license submissions and background check statuses.
• Utilize Various Technologies: Utilize various systems such as Fountain (ATD), ADP, Fleet, Homebase, and Insurance portals to enroll new hires seamlessly.
• Proactive Support: Address any onboarding issues promptly, escalating where necessary to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Personal Touch: Offer in-person support for license submissions and schedule necessary drug tests, keeping candidates informed every step of the way.
• Training Coordination: Coordinate training sessions and provide timely reminders to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Engagement Initiatives: Foster a supportive workplace culture by organizing employee appreciation events, celebrating milestones, and facilitating employment verifications.
• Community Engagement: Represent our company at job fairs and hiring events, showcasing our opportunities and values to potential candidates.
