POSITION
The Managed Accounts Onboarding Specialist provides oversight management to our Third-Party Vendor for single contract accounts and works directly with various internal parties to initiate, complete, approve and incept Dual Contract Accounts. They will review all new account documentation to ensure that we are properly servicing our accounts and use strategic thinking to identify potential issues that may cause delays to onboarding the account. Technical and Professional skills are needed for this dynamic work environment, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and gain visibility throughout the firm. The Managed Accounts Onboarding Specialist must be an operations contributor continuously striving for excellence, improving the client experience, gaining process efficiencies, and adding controls where needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboard dual contract managed account clients, through coordination with external clients and internal stakeholders, including facilitating mutually acceptable client agreements, administering AML/KYC reviews, and coordinating approval and execution of final Investment Advisory contract.
- Perform verification checks on Archer's data entries to ensure accurate processing of information for new accounts. The associate will identify missing or conflicting information to quickly find a resolution.
- Participate in ongoing reviews of end-to-end business processes to determine where we can simplify and create more efficiencies.
- Monitor the team inbox by acting as a central point of contact for a wide range of operational, regulatory, and administrative inquiries.
- Establish familiarity with internal systems/procedures to understand how client requests are processed.
- Build strong business partnerships across the business, including but not limited to investments, distribution, legal, risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, data, technology, and various vendors.
- Assess and analyze account processes continuously for compliance, data quality, maintenance of files and systems to minimize operational and systematic risk.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience onboarding new strategies with new and existing sponsors.
- Workflow tool experience.
- Able to work independently and self-manage high volumes of data with tight deadlines and limited support.
- Possesses strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Works effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critically important.
- Takes initiatives on a variety of projects and utilize problem solving to complete effectively and efficiently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to drive change toward continuous improvement and excellence.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office especially excel V-Lookup, Macros and MS Power Apps.
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
- Thoughtful and decisive style with ability to negotiate critical issue resolution.
Base Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000
Salary Range for California candidates only.Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
