The opportunity
As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in the team, being the primary finance liaison to support seniors in the team in making strategic decision and driving the growth for the business. This position will play a vital role in revolutionizing pharmaceutical product commercialization and related services through our systematic approach, leveraging cutting-edge analytics and meticulous processes.
Role responsibilities
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Create dynamic revenue models for the company showing sales and revenue by salesperson, business unit and service line. Create multi-year financial models that produce Profit & Loss and cash flow at various levels of staffing and productivity.
- Analyze company P&L performance vs. budget and prior year.
- Develop and produce weekly/monthly KPI and financial reports for the company.
- Support company M&A activity through financial modelling and scenario planning.
- Lead company budget and re-forecast process.
- Create customer and project level gross profit analysis and tracking.
- Use project level profitability analysis to identifying pricing and productivity opportunities
- Implement streamlined business unit contribution margin reporting.
- Refine use of Salesforce data and tools to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue forecasts.
Other Duties:
- Maintains records in client relationship management software (Salesforce), and shared file management in content management system (Google Drive).
- Keeps abreast of industry trends through attendance at industry conferences, reading journals, and other sources.
- Perform other duties and projects as directed by CFO, COO and PE Partners.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience demonstrating capacity to perform the required work.
- 3-5 years' experience conducting complex analyses and managing multiple projects required.
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
- Expert Microsoft Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills required; Microsoft Project experience desired.
