The FP&A Analyst position will play an important role in the company's growth by proactively partnering with business leaders to drive the quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting & analysis processes. You will be asked to provide financial insights on key strategic decisions and act as a thought partner to support resource allocation decisions and drive corporate growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of company performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to assist management in making informed decisions to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify key financial metrics and KPIs to track and evaluate business performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning including quarterly rolling forecast.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
- Use best practices, automation, and new technologies to help the finance department scale as the organization grows.
Qualifications:
- Experience: One to three years in Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across a fast-paced, dynamic company.
- Proven experience in FP&A or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or investment banking environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy or initiatives into financial models and/or in-depth analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial software, and ERP systems. Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Demonstration of innovation and initiative - always looking at improving our systems and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Experience within a start-up environment and an understanding the healthcare industry, specifically providers and health plans, is a plus.
