Duties:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and hi-lo machines.
- Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using the appropriate equipment.
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by properly documenting all movements of products and materials.
- Assist with order picking and packing as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with forklifts and other equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
