Job Description
Location: Rock Island, IL
M-F 7am-5pm $20.50/hr to start (winter hours 7am-4pm)
- Safely operate forklift to load and unload products from commercial vehicles and put away finished goods.
- Receive and physically inspect products to ensure quality standards.
- Bring raw materials and other consumables to the production areas.
- Maintain equipment in an operating function at all times and cleaned at the end of each shift.
- Partners with the yard supervisor to handle discrepancies, malfunctions, and potential issues.
- Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Collaboratively works with team to take on additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Be able to perform each essential duty to company standards
- 1+ year (s) experience as a sitdown Forklift Operator, or relevant work.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and safety.
- High School Diploma (preferred).
