Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. As a Forklift Driver, your primary responsibility will be operating a forklift to move materials, supplies, and finished products within our warehouse or production facility. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, stacking and storing goods, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products throughout the facility. The Forklift Driver should have excellent hand-eye coordination, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

JOB LOCATION – Belgium, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire and Long-Term Temporary
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)
STARTING PAY – $20 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 1 year of experience
Responsibilities:
1. Operate forklift to transport materials and products to designated areas within the facility.
2. Load and unload trucks, ensuring the accurate recording of goods received or shipped.
3. Stack and store products in a safe and organized manner, maximizing storage space and minimizing the risk of damage.
4. Perform daily equipment inspections, ensuring proper functioning of the forklift and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
5. Follow established safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, or damage to products or equipment.
6. Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting the movement of goods using appropriate software or manual systems.
7. Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of orders.
8. Assist in general housekeeping tasks, keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
9. Help with packaging and labeling products as needed.
10. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
3. Proven experience as a Forklift Driver, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
4. Strong knowledge of forklift operation and safety procedures.
6. Excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
