Internal Graphic & Video Designer

Work Mode: Onsite

Location:  Onsite at Kohler Energy, WI

Opportunity

As an Internal Graphic & Video Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing our marketing efforts. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design and produce a wide range of graphic and video materials that effectively communicate our brand's message and values.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, and website content. Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all design projects. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with marketing goals. Prepare and optimize graphics for both print and digital platforms.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that convey our brand story, products, and services. Manage all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production. Stay updated on industry trends and video editing techniques to ensure our content remains cutting-edge. Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
  • Design multimedia presentations for sales pitches, webinars, and events. Create interactive multimedia content such as infographics and animations. Adapt designs and videos for various platforms and screen sizes.
  • Ensure all design and video content adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel. Work closely with the creative team to evolve and refine our brand identity as needed.
  • Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Maintain and organize design assets and video files.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field required, with a preference towards a master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,650. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
