- Highest pay in the moving industry ($18.00ph to $20.00ph) + Tips and bonus.
- Foreman with relevant experience and bring their teams can negotiate higher rates.

Daily Job Duties:
- Foremen must have leadership skills as they are responsible to manage the moving process.
- Foreman must be able to do carpentry work and provide white-glove service.
- They are in charge of the moving crew and have direct contact with dispatch throughout the moving day.
- Understand DOT rules and basic trucks requirement.
- Understand the moving paperwork and capture client signatures and follow-up.
- Must represent the company well on the move and discipline his team when necessary.
- Building and developing their teams.
- Computer skills ( Navigating basic aspects of electronic devices).
- Handle difficult situations and be able to represent the company well.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Moving Experience is a MUST.
- Furniture handling - Wrapping & Packing.
- Ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
- Ability to apply safety practices and work smart!
- Flexible Work Schedule.
- Professionalism, calm under pressure, maintaining company dress code.
