Birchcrest Tree and Landscape, Inc. is looking for a year-round Landscape Foreman with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the landscape industry.
Duties may include:
Plant installation and bed preparation
Hardscape installation
Operation of landscape maintenance and installation equipment
Training landscape crew and supervising a landscape crew
Management of multiple landscape projects
Requirements include:
Self-motivated individual able to work with seasonal pressure
Familiarity with plant installation and hardscape construction
Excellent work habits and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and complete landscape related jobs with no supervision
Experience with training and supervising landscape crew members
CDL highly desirable but not required
Minimum Requirements
Must be able to wear necessary PPE
Must be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments
Must be able to operate and service all required tools and equipment
Clean driver's license
Given the dangerous nature of the work required, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, move and maneuver heavy weights of 10 pounds frequently, and weights of up to 50 pounds
