Description
Body Shop Foreman:
Fyda Freightliner is looking for an experienced Body Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team at our West Jefferson, Ohio location. The Body Shop Foreman will exercise direct supervision of Body and Paint sop personnel.
- Daily supervision of Body and Paint technicians
- Schedule and assign work as required
- Check and review work in progress
- Assist Body Shop Manager in writing repair orders, writing estimates and closing repair orders when jobs are completed.
- Pre-plans parts requirements.
- Develops good relations with customers, adjusters, and insurance companies.
- Maintains the high quality of work that our customers have come to expect.
- Provides proper housekeeping of the Body Shop area and overall branch appearance.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
- Ability to demonstrate customer service skills
- Experience with computer diagnostic tools
- Commercial driver's license or willingness to obtain a CDL
