Responsibilities:As a Auto Body Technician you will:
- Restore structural condition in accordance with Honda Marysville integrity and manufacturer's specifications
- Communicate with Body Shop manager and parts department through all collision repairs
- Ability to work with a variety of materials, along with basic electrical, glass and mechanical installations
- Maintain communication with entire collision center/dealership associates throughout the day
- Execute repair procedures and protocols in a timely manner based on estimates time-frame
- Perform any other work related duties assigned by his/her supervisor
- Flexibility with days and hours in times of high volume
Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications:
- 2-3 years minimum of auto body technician experience required
- Able to make independent decisions on repair process, parts and timing
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, etc. required to perform job in a safe and proper manner.
- Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
