As a Body Shop Estimator, you will own the customer’s experience in the Body Shop and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their damaged vehicle by discussing repairs, timeframe, warranty work and insurance claims.

Responsibilities:

• Answer Body Shop calls, set and confirm appointments
• Write repair orders
• Act as a liaison between the technician and customer.
• Assist clients through the Body Shop process.
• Work with warranty clerk to ensure proper warranty processing and disclosure

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience
• Familiarity with insurance and the claims process
• Fantastic communication skills with fellow employees and customers
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
• Clean driving record
