Putting World is excited to welcome a food and beverage manager to our fast-growing team. Whether that is cheering them on in one of our tournaments or serving them at our restaurant, we strive to make them feel like they are apart of our family.
Below are some of the qualities and duties we are looking for:
- Redesigning menus based on customer feedback and growth.
- Develop a relationship with regular customers & our members. Be present and personable with guests.
- Follow food and safety regulations.
- Order food and office supplies for Bar19.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service. Be interactive with our guests.
- Assists with events. We are a huge event space!
- Create restaurant policies and procedures that work best with our restaurant.
- Hire and train new restaurant staff.
- Great organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and to delegate staff.
- Great leadership abilities.
- Team player.
- Problem solving skills.
- Flexable schedule.
- Communicate well with management, when needed.
- Attend weekly meetings with department heads.
