Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
McDowell Mountain Golf Club is a premier golf destination nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Scottsdale, Arizona. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional golfing experience paired with outstanding Food and Beverage services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery in the restaurant and banquet areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high food quality standards.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Implement and maintain high service standards to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for both Food and Beverage supplies.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events and banquets.
- Ensure successful execution of events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
