Salary```Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Food Truck Operator to join our small family team on the BEACH. As a Food Truck team member, you will be responsible for Preparing food according to the company guidelines and recipes. Maintain high standards for product freshness and sanitation. Clean Prep Food equipment, and machinery as needed. Maintain maximum standards of sanitation and safety including temperature controls, pull dates, and compliance with health codes.
Duties:
- Safely operate Food Truck fryer vats, grills and prep stations.
- Efficiently communicate with team members to promptly fill customer orders
- Ensure the highest level of quality for all orders
- Provide superior customer service to all Patrons
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate with customers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and food handling
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all supplies
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum One year experience in a face paced Food Truck environment
- Exceptional Customer service background including food server experience
- Strong knowledge of safe food handling techniques
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, and team members
Skills:
- Sales: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Sanitation: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness at all times
- Food Safety: Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Culinary: Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Cash Register: Experience using cash registers for payment processing
- Food Handling: Ability to handle food products safely and follow proper handling procedures
- Cash Handling: Experience handling cash transactions accurately
- Food Preparation: Basic food preparation skills
