Food Services - Nekter Juice Bar Worker (Nfws/Fws)

At Nekter a food service worker is required to deliver the ultimate guest experience of the Nekter brand. The team member should be knowledgeable, efficient, and provide an energizing guest experience. Workers should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of all Nekter product nutritionals and clearly communicate this information to both guests and team members in the store.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Clean equipment and work areas.
• Stock supplies on an ongoing basis.
• Consistently serve all products to specifications.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Ensure knowledge of cleanses and information pertaining to Nekter products. Rinse and wash product before serving.
• Work register, prep, clean, and prepare juices, smoothies and bowls as directed by the manager on duty.
• Execute proper portion control with all ingredients.
• Must be able to operate the cash register. Handle cash transactions while adhering to Sodexo cash handling policies.
• Additional tasks may be required

• Ability to quickly grasp and utilize concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellence in time management with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented with the ability to collaborate with all members of the team

Experience/Education:

Grand Canyon University is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor's program or Master's program
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a master student
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the university
