- Direct the overall operation of the Kitchen
- Supervises the Food service in the facility, including the staff
- Assigns daily schedule and work orders to all staff in the departments
- Performs other job duties as required
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Training in environmental control practices and procedures
- One to three years' experience in a supervisory capacity
