QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21+
- Pass pre-employment (hair & urine) drug test.
- Pass background check
- Must be available to work any shift when necessary, including weekends & holidays.
- One (1) year of experience as a Server in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of food service regulations and procedures
- Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Very busy 24 hour restaurant in a family owned historic hotel casino
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them into our system in a timely manner
- Memorize food and beverage menus and make recommendations to dining room customers
- Provide attentive service to customers by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meals
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
