Food Safety Manager Position
Job Overview:
Join the leading edge of Food Safety management. We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Food Safety Manager.
Strategize, develop, and enforce comprehensive Food Safety programs and policies.
Regularly perform inspections and audits to adhere to stringent Food Safety standards.
Implement and oversee a robust traceability system to monitor product movement.
Coordinate with various departments to conduct comprehensive Food Safety training programs.
Continuously assess and refine the Food Safety programs for maximum efficacy.
Promptly address and resolve any Food Safety incidents or customer complaints.
Keep abreast of the latest Food Safety regulations and industry best practices, recommending and integrating improvements.
Engage actively with regulatory bodies, auditors, and customers, ensuring smooth operations.
Provide leadership and direction to a dedicated team of Food Safety experts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in a Food Safety management role.
A thorough understanding of Food Safety regulations and principles.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Proficiency in computer software for data management and analysis.
