We are looking for a competent, reliable and enthusiastic Food Runner/Server Assistant to deliver the next level of service. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain a high level of member and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and plating under the guidance of culinary staff
- Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring guests' needs are met and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of customers
- Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
