This client is a leader in upscale dining and event spaces, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This multifaceted position is perfect for versatile hospitality professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to providing top-notch service.

Position Details:

• Salary: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Type: Opportunities available for both part-time and full-time engagements.
• Location: Positions available across various upscale dining and event settings.
• Start Date: Aiming for commencement within 30 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Runner/Busser: Ensure efficient delivery of food to tables, assist servers in providing timely service, maintain stock and cleanliness during shifts, and contribute to an inviting dining ambiance.
• Host/Hostess: Manage reservation systems and seating arrangements, warmly greet and promptly seat guests, maintain an organized and efficient flow of the dining area, and address any guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume dining setting preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and manage light lifting as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
