The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Description

Essential Responsibilities includes the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Sets up expo station in the kitchen (black linen, trays, jacks, soup station, china, to go boxes etc).
- In charge of filling and emptying yogurt machine.
- In charge of setting up the condiment station (mustard, mayo, sour cream, potato chips, jelly, etc).
- Organizes food orders & carries trays with complete order from kitchen to correct tables in Dining Room.
- Breaks down, cleans & organizes expo area, & ice cream freezer.
- Assists other members of the service team whenever required.
- Takes direction from Servers, Captains, and Management.
