We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Food Runner. This is a tipped position. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our busy pizza kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the designated tables
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each order
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Assist with food preparation, as needed
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant as needed
- Familiarity with Square POS system is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $16.78 - $30.00 per hour
