Ensure that members are served in a timely manner in accordance with The Quin service standards and ensuring high member satisfaction and an exceptional dining experience.ABOUT THIS ROLEProvides leadership and instills a culture and work environment based upon respect, providing opportunities for staff to learn, grows and develops their abilities through training of employees, creating a positive, productive working environmentUnderstands all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines for The QuinProvides timely and friendly service to members and their guestsService members with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient mannerServes alcohol responsibly within State, Local and Store level laws and guidelinesHave a thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, out of stock items and current specials in all applicable venuesDelivers food from kitchen to table accurately, in a timely manner and exactly as ordered by the guestAssists the culinary team with assigned tasks and dutiesFulfill any additional member requestsPerform opening and closing duties according to established side work checklist thoroughly and with a sense of urgencyWorks in a clean and organized manner keeping bar and service areas maintained and in impeccable condition during shiftsHave a complete knowledge of standards of serviceAssists other team members as needed, both with and without the direction of managementMaintains positive and effective communication with team members and managers regarding all relevant information, special considerations and/or concerns pertaining to our membersRe-stocks items and supplies as needed and alerts management of shortagesAccurately and promptly prepares and tenders guests payments.Communicates health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to the managementAttends all informational meetingsUnderstand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs for The QuinAssume 100% responsibility for the quality of services providedFill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operationsPerforms all other related duties as assignedAssist in the investigation of member complaints regarding food quality and serviceAbility to assist in other related food and beverage outlets if and when requiredAssume additional tasks assigned to you by your direct supervisor or any manager of The Quin that are reasonable requestsWORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
