Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Food Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the food service industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms

- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or Toast POS system

- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after customers

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service

Experience:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures, food certification is required. Company will pay test fees.

- Familiarity with cash register operation is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work well in a team

- Spanish speaking a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.46 - $17.31 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
