Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Execute precise food preparation procedures, ensuring that all menu items are cooked to Culver's high-quality standards.
Kitchen Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, optimizing workflow and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
Cleanliness: Assist in the maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations, keeping them clean and sanitized at all times.
Recipe Adherence: Follow Culver's recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Timely Service: Work efficiently to ensure that all food orders are prepared and served in a timely manner, meeting guest expectations for prompt service.

Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory levels, assisting with restocking and rotation of food supplies as needed.
