Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

Captain of the Cart:

Lead daily operations, manage teams across multiple events, monitor food safety and preparation, towing, hitching, and unhitching of the Food Carts, and more! Requires a valid driver’s license and towing experience.

Leader of the Pack:

Foster a team vibe that’s fun and supportive! Solve puzzles, face challenges, and create a culture that’s as warm as our melted cheese curds.

Master of the Fryer:

Dive into the simple, satisfying art of frying, where you’ll not only cook divine cheese curds, but also sprinkle a dash of love on every serving :)

Charmer of the Crowd:

With your social flair, turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience, filled with laughter, smiles, and an unforgettable cheese curd experience.

Wizard of Inventory:

Wield your organizational magic to keep track of inventory, ordering, and stocking, to ensure we are always ready for the next event!

Do You Have What It Takes?

• 4+ years of management experience, food service ideally, but not required.
• Attention to details and ability to multitask in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Interpersonal skills that allow you to forge positive interactions with customers as well as the Curd Girl staff.
• A knowledge of food safety including a ServSafe certification (not necessary for application, but required before taking on the role).
