DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Plan and execute special events and projects
- Responsible for the conceptual and operational design of restaurant and bar concepts
- Daily monitoring of Food & Beverage performance and assume responsibility for its achievement
- Drives high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of all brand standards, visible operational leadership, active trend analysis and hands-on interaction with guests and associates
- Create an operational environment of education and empowerment that energizes the team to focus on guest preferences and aspirations, allowing for the creation of memorable guest experiences
- Responsible for hiring, performance management, scheduling, cost control, disciplinary actions, and lay offs
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in all areas of Food & Beverage and working condition of departmental equipment and supplies
- Perform additional duties related to job as assigned by the General Manager
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- 2-3 years of Food and Beverage Management
- A well-groomed appearance
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- BASSET certification
- Serv Safe Food Handlers certification
- Food Managers Certification
- Positive Orientation, developing & empowered team and guest centric
- Available to work days, nights, and weekends
- Able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp and bend for up to 5 hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 30 lbs. frequently and 20 lbs. constantly
JOB STATUS Full Time DEPARTMENT White Pines FSLA STATUS Exempt
SALARY $65,000-$75,000
HOURS 40+ hours per week including evenings and weekends
