Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all Food and Beverage services to meet customer expectations and achieve business goals. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of kitchen and service staff.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by setting and maintaining service standards.
- Monitor food presentation, portion control, and overall food quality.
- Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and catering services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Food and Beverage management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $51,152.75 - $61,603.31 per year
