Food And Consumables Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the shift operations of the consumables department
- Ensure proper stock levels of consumable items, such as paper products, cleaning supplies, and office essentials
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette when assisting customers with their consumables needs
- Assist with wireless sales and negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate inventory needs
- Assist the manager in budgeting and forecasting for consumables expenses

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
