- Salary- $55,000-$65,000 - based on skill and experience.
- Lounge Hours of Operation - 5AM - 10PM --365 days a year - Open availability is required. -
- Based on a 50-hour work week
- Minimum of 5 years in Fine Dining Leadership, or Private Club Leadership
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for leading all aspects of day-to-day operations of the dining account. You will handle and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for leading client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the guests is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Lead all aspects of all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Eurest marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is needed
- Previous experience handling a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
