- Manage all Food and Beverage operations, including dining areas, bars, and kitchen
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
- Create schedules and assign duties to team members
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee beverages
- Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on Food and Beverage operations
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage a diverse team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
