Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club on beautiful Cape Cod is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Food & Beverage Manager. This position will be responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities to ensure consistency and support of the restaurant’s business plan. The Food & Beverage Manager ensures all team members are performing job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of job descriptions. This is a full time, year-round position.
Responsibilities of this position include:
· Ensuring all employees are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total customer satisfaction.
· Evaluating each employee’s ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Maintaining the restaurant at the level necessary to meet or exceed the company standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC).
· Identifying and developing local restaurant marketing strategies to maximize sales.
· Following procedures to maintain the safety and security of all employees, customers and company assets (building, cash, equipment, supplies).
· Upholding company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.
· Improving the skills, knowledge and morale of all team members. He or she treats the employees with dignity and respect; creates an environment where the entire team does the same.
Requirements for this position:
Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of restaurant management experience, golf club environment preferred.
