POSITION: Enterprise Software and System Administrator
LOCATION: Chantilly, VA
CLEARANCE: TS/SCI requiredwith SAP eligibility (as validated in DoD personnel security systems)
Overview
The Stacia Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Software and System Administrator in Chantilly, VA. Government-centric, courteous, responsive, professional, and superior leadership skills are essential.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
· Overall Subject Matter Expert and Enterprise Manager for all Agency software-related efforts.
o Coordinates with customers to identify software needs, explores available Vendor options, confirms Approved Products List acceptance or generates justification package for deployment consent.
o Works with Agency Finance Team to procure licenses and supports installation on a variety of computing systems in UNCLAS, SECRET, TOP SECRET/SCI, and Special Access Program (SAP) environments.
o Collaborates with Agency Business Management Team to ensure deployed software assets are properly tracked and license renewals are managed to assure continuity of Agency operations.
· Lead for Agency’s ServiceNow Administration and Developer efforts.
o Supports Agency’s ServiceNow implementation, ensuring the service is stood up and managed appropriately.
o Coordinates with customers to develop and deploy ServiceNow module modifications to revise user look and feel or make more substantive “back end” changes as the Agency’s requirements change.
o Prior experience required. Willing to complete fully funded ServiceNow technical/developer training and certification if necessary to improve capabilities.
· In-house support for Agency’s Enterprise SharePoint workflows.
o Uses various Microsoft SharePoint-related applications to maintain or modify the needed staff SharePoint functionality (e.g., Visit Request initiation, Travel management, HR Department information management, etc.).
o Supports SharePoint access by Agency staff using other DoD Agency IT systems.
· Adapts to the ever-changing requirements of the Customer’s mission to provide robust, cradle-to-grave IT-related support across all aspects of the Agency’s Enterprise Operations Cell.
· Provides other, general support to the Agency’s Enterprise Operations Cell to execute the Agency’s mission as required.
Qualifications
· MUST be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active TS Security Clearance with SCI and other Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
· 15+ years of experience preferred.
· Extensive experience and familiarity with software deployment and management, and SharePoint system administration.
· DoD 8570 IAT II Certification required (CCNA-Security; CySA (aka CSA+); GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP) at a minimum.
· Superb professionalism and proactive staff engagement.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Experience developing, testing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Demonstrated ability to develop a professional network across organizational boundaries.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
