JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of Position:
Assists in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage Department by providing administrative support to the leadership team. Act as the liaison between the Food and Beverage Department and Administrative Departments. Facilitate communication and maintain accurate records of employees, equipment, compliance reporting.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Facilitate the processing of HR and Payroll related documents.
• Clerical responsibilities, including but not limited to: typing, data input, filing, and copying.
• Provide administrative support for department Supervisors and Management as approved by the Director of In park Revenue.
• Provide daily report to the Director of In park Revenue.
• Maintain schedules and headcount report.
• Responsible for generating and coding Purchases Requisition as assigned.
• Review of all invoices for proper General Ledger coding.
• Maintain Departmental files (Team Members, equipment, safety and operations).
• Order, maintain, and monitor office supplies.
• Assist in administrative duty training for Food and Beverage Supervisors, as needed.
- Provide and assist with F&B analytics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.
• Two (2) years of general clerical experience is required.
• Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Requires proficiency with the latest MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
• Proficient with other software applications necessary for the operation.
