Job Summary:
Do you have a passion for Hotel Food and beverage or the culinary industry, and enjoy being part of a team? Hotel Stewards/Dishwashers play a significant role in supporting culinary partners at Hotel fine dining, casual restaurants, banquets and special events and help bring the magic to life!
Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:As a Steward/Dishwasher you are responsible for the overall cleanliness of resort restaurant kitchen areas and Guest areas. You may work indoors or outdoors, cleaning kitchen equipment, tools and supplies as well as dishes, glasses, and equipment required to serve our Guests. Stewards work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with other kitchen team members and inside Guest dining areas.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast paced, F&B environment
- Previous dish washing and cleaning restaurant kitchens
- Experience working independently with little direction or supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in table service restaurants or hotel restaurants
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; Shifts may start and end any time over a 24 hour day. Full Time Cast Members must be fully available to work 7 days a week and fully available to work holidays and all peak seasons. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
