Water Street Tavern has been undergoing construction and we are looking for a person to lead our FOH as we reopen! This position will be a mixed role with the majority of hours being worked "in position" during service with some administrative hours weekly too. Our new concept will be a take on a modern supper club offering classic cocktails, comfort entrees, steaks, seafood, and more! We will be doing a brunch service on the weekends in addition to dinners.
We are looking for someone with industry experience who is a team builder. The FOH manager will be available for bar ordering and FOH scheduling. They will also be the point of contact for the FOH staff and work with our KM in team building and all overlapping areas. The FOH manager will set the tone for service in our space with an eye for detail and great guest experiences.
We have a beautiful patio set up and gorgeous redesigned interior. We are targeting re-opening in May, and the timeline is flexible as construction is underway. If this sounds like a position you would excel in, please send us a resume!
