Compensation:$125,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals
- Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
- Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business
- Help others do the same by sharing experiences
- No cold calling
- Expand income potential with annual reviews
- Flexible schedule, you set your own
- Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products & Technology
- High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)
- Genuine desire to assist clients & navigate their options
- Participation in training calls to improve & grow your talent & skill
