QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to work independent and a desire to excel in daily duties
2. Experience in custodial care of buildings and grounds
3. Knowledge of chemicals used for cleaning
4. Able to work with building staff, district staff, students and community members
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Must be a team player
7. Must by physically able to do a variety of custodial tasks involving lifting, pushing, pulling, digging and twisting
8. Successful completion of all mandated criminal background screenings and fingerprinting required

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. 9-hour workday, four days per week
