Floral Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Floral Production Manager to join our team. As a Floral Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the floral department, including managing inventory, creating floral arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of florists in creating beautiful and innovative floral arrangements for our customers. Develop new designs and techniques to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

- Oversee all aspects of the production process, including flower preparation, arrangement assembly, and packaging. Ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are delivered on time.

- Train new team members in floral design techniques and best practices. Provide ongoing feedback and support to help employees improve their skills and reach their full potential.

- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure that they meet our quality standards. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with different teams to fulfill orders and address customer inquiries or complaints. Strive to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders needed to maintain adequate stock.

- Minimize product loss and ensure that all flowers are used efficiently.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in floral design or production management.

- Strong knowledge of floral varieties, care techniques, and design principles.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
