Flooring Showroom Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professionals to join our Showroom Sales Team. Choice Floors has been providing homeowners, contractors, and new construction home builders with quality flooring products for over 40 years, and our team is growing! We have an immediate opening at our Dunkirk location, and can't wait to welcome someone into the Choice Family. What you’ll be doing:

Some training may take place at our Largo location, all applicants need to be flexible to go between both locations.

• Assist clients with finding the best flooring products for their needs, budget, and design
• Coordinate our Field Measurement Specialists to visit the customer in their home to take measurements to produce a quote for the client
• Present quotes in person to close sales
• Draft contracts and take an initial deposit
• Enter new Sales Orders into the RFMS software
• Deliver nothing but exceptional customer service experience at all times

Requirements:

• 3 years Sales & Customer Service experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent listening skills to understand the customers’ needs
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Ability to take initiative to grow in the industry
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Prior flooring experience is not required but strongly desired
• **Experience with RFMS HUGE plus**

Pay: $15- $20 per hour plus commission & bonuses on every sale!!
