Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise a team of floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supervising in a hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
