ABOUT THE JOB:
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this position plays an integral role in providing polished, personalized service to all of our guests.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1. Responsible for guest service and satisfaction including handling customer complaints.
2. Supervise the restaurant staff in the delivery of services.
3. Hiring, motivating and training new employees to satisfy our guests.
4. Conduct performance appraisal, counsel employees when needed.
5. Responsible for maintaining beverage and labor costs relevant to assigned budgets
6. Assist general manager with continuing education of food, beverage and service for the staff
7. Scheduling of all FOH personnel
8. Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager.
