Flavor Lab Tech

Job description

Leading Flavors and Fragrance company has an immediate need for a Lab Tech in their Flavors Division.

Lab Tech will work in their Sensory QC Lab setting up sensory samples for taste and odor evaluation, pulling and filing retains, and for data entry. As applicable, we could cross train them in the wet analysis lab to cover some simple testing.

Skills & Education:

· Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

· Ability to multitask, problem solve and meet project deadlines for optimal results.

· Ability to work cohesively in a collaborative lab environment promoting teamwork and/or work independently.

· Maintain a neat and organized work area

Education:

· High School Diploma or GED

· B.S. in Science or related Scientific Experience

· Familiar and experienced with Laboratory Procedures
