Fitness Welcome Desk Associate
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 months experience in community, corporate, commercial or clinical health/fitness facility or similar setting working in customer service.
2. CPR and AED certified within 30 days of employment.
3. Must be able to work unsupervised for some periods of time.
4. Must be very reliable.
Responsibilities:
1. Reports directly to the Manager on Duty.
2. Closes Fitness Center in a timely manner.
3. Answers telephone.
4. Greets and checks in Members and Guests.
5. Prints reports as necessary.
6. Schedules appointments and take reservations.
7. Properly rings up merchandise, drinks and snacks.
8. Stays updated regarding policy changes through the communication log, memos, etc.
9. Able to lift and carry 25 lbs. of weight.
10. Answers questions concerning facility hours, operations, group exercise schedule, and other weekly meetings and programs.
11. Pleasantly greets all member and staff within 30 seconds of entering/before leaving the facility.
12. Knows and enforces all established Club and fitness policies and procedures.
13. Wears the required dress code uniform.
14. Maintains positive relation with members, co-workers and management.
15. Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty.

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
