•Assisting guests during their stay with questions or concerns and providing exceptional service
•Individuals in this role must adhere to the company's standards and procedures in order to deliver a consistent guest experience across the brand while complying with all safety, security and quality measures
•Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities
•Provide check-in/check-out service
•Provide superior guest service
•Manages reservations for arrivals, departures and in-house guests
•Processing payments from guests
•Provide guests with information concerning amenities/services/local attractions
•Strong attention to detail required
•Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
