Our Client x Job Description:
As a Studio Manager, it would be your primary job to ensure that the studio(s) operates according to the business plan and that you are ultimately responsible for the operational and financial performance of the studio(s). While you have many management responsibilities, you will be required to act as a champ until all the champ positions are filled. You will always be required to share the load of training clients.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the general management of the studio including the following:
SALES & MARKETING
Completing initial Area Marketing Surveys
Keeping up to date with other products, services and competitors
Co-developing strategies and setting sales objectives
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Planning & managing market activations
Arranging activation kit
Manage social media posts HR
Recruiting and training staff to the clients Highest Level
Ensure optimal training environment with specific emphasis on cleanliness and professionalism
MANAGING MEMBERS
Ensure that the Employee Handbook is read and understood by all employees
Sales and Service training
Setting of roles & responsibilities
Ensuring shift rosters are complete and correct
Monitoring employee KPAs and motivating them to reach targets
Sales and Service training
ADMIN
Set-up of equipment (devices, PCs, telephones etc.)
Set-up and maintain Boxchamp & Quickbooks Software
Maintain DropBox admin system (HR files, leave forms, payroll, invoices paid, petty cash recons, EFT POPs, Commission & Bank statements, etc.)
Ensure in-studio procedures are documented and maintained
Review reports with Studio Managers
Ensure accurate month-end stock take
Ordering of new equipment, consumables and stock
TECHNICAL TRAINING
Ensure training standards are upheld (workout guide, training procedures,etc.)
Initial demos and sales (pacesetter)
Qualifications and Experience:
As a Manager you will need proven experience in operating a business, EMS training, sales, with a good record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication and 'people skills'
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Good IT, budget and report writing skills
Administratively strong with good planning and organizational skills
Compensation:
$60k-$70k base salary + bonus
