Fitness And Amenities Assistant Manager

FitLore is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our operations and services team at our exclusive fitness, wellness, spa, and sports center facilities throughout NYC. This role entails a dynamic combination of operations and front desk responsibilities, engaging with our esteemed clientele and their families and guests.

Initially, this is a part-time hourly position with ample room for growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability, able to commit to 4-5 hour shifts, primarily on Fridays through Tuesdays. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with our Operations team on front desk staffing assignments, operations responsibilities, and other projects to help streamline our facilities.
• Provide a high-end hospitality role, greeting private members and assisting with their use of the facility, service appointments, and other inquiries.
• Maintain our reservations and operations computer systems.
• Oversee the state of the facility, including locker room and spa amenities, fitness center and squash court, and two levels of pools and locker rooms.
• Process retail and services and spa sales.
• Follow important protocols for safety and compliance with Department of Health mandates.
• Work with the broader hospitality team to deliver a seamless customer experience across the entire breadth of amenities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a High-End/Luxury Concierge, Hospitality, Restaurant, Spa or Wellness/Fitness Center Environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills a must.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Positive energy, Computer literacy
